New Build Rankings is an independent research site. We help buyers compare UK housebuilders using public data, developer profiles, rankings and editorial guides. We are not a housebuilder, estate agent or review marketplace.
What we publish
Profiles for UK new build developers, HBF-backed rankings, and buyer guides on topics such as warranties, snagging, reservations and completion. Start from the new builds hub, browse developers, or read new build guides.
We do not collect consumer reviews
New Build Rankings does not collect or host homeowner reviews. Where consumer scores appear, they come from third parties such as Trustpilot or Google and are labelled as such. HBF ratings come from the Home Builders Federation Customer Satisfaction Survey.

- Developer websites, including published development listings
Third-party data is not our own research product. How we use it, when it is refreshed, and what it cannot tell you is explained on How we rank developers. Rankings themselves live on UK new build developer rankings.
Independence and AI
Rank positions cannot be bought. AI may assist with summaries, alt text or first drafts. Humans publish the site. If something looks wrong, tell us.
