Rank order is based on the HBF Customer Satisfaction Survey rolling 12-month “would recommend” percentage — the same metric for every developer in the table. Star bands (e.g. 90%+ = 5★) are derived from that percentage for display.
Trustpilot and Google ratings are shown for extra context only. They do not affect rank position — including when a developer has no profile on those platforms. Developers without HBF data appear at the bottom as unranked.
