Understanding New Build Ratings

HBF ratings come from the Home Builders Federation Customer Satisfaction Survey, a third-party measure of whether buyers would recommend their housebuilder. Trustpilot scores are consumer reviews hosted on Trustpilot, not reviews collected by New Build Rankings. We publish those sources separately and never blend them into one score. How we rank developers explains the thresholds, refresh cadence and limits of the data.
